To find a map on Multimap UK (multimap.co.uk) homepage simply enter the address, town or postcode in the top left field.  From there you can also "explore useful information" on the maps, such as, Wikipedia entries, tube stations, railway stations, parking, tourist information, and a lot more. This is neat feature not found in Google Maps or MapQuest.

In summary, Multimap UK is a great resource giving you varieties of maps and access to many sources of information. But MapQuest UK might be better for straightforward driving directions. Google Maps provides some nice supplementary features, like a street level 'pedestrian view' that nicely complements Multimaps bird's eye view. In any case, you should always check maps & directions from a variety of map sites and Multimap UK should certainly be one of those sites.
